- Formation of corporations such as a GmbH or UG (haftungsbeschränkt)
- Filings with the commercial register, the register of civil-law partnerships, the partnership register and the register of cooperatives and register of associations
- Consensual shareholder resolutions (e.g. amendments to the articles of association, relocation of the registered office, capital increase, liquidation)
