Everything flows! The ancient Greeks already knew that. Social and legal frameworks change too. Since mid-2017, for example, marriage has been open to all couples in Germany, and other forms of relationship are also constantly changing.

Couples decide to share their lives at a time of great affection. Living together then requires numerous decisions on questions of property and financial provision, whose effects should be settled with foresight for a possible time “after” a marriage or partnership.
