Property purchase agreements govern the acquisition of a building plot, a detached or multi-family house, a condominium flat or a heritable building right. Where the purchase is financed by a loan, the charge on land securing the loan (land charge or mortgage) can be notarised immediately after the purchase agreement. We also notarise gifts of property and the division of buildings into condominium flats with legal certainty.
